Kim has 20 years in the construction industry. She is experienced in contract management, strategic procurement across landfill operations, road maintenance and capital works projects. Recognised for her ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships, Kim works in partnership with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to reach best-for-project outcomes.
Experience includes the Nelson City Council (NCC), Tasman District Council (TDC) roads and State Highway Maintenance contracts; and the Nelson Tasman Regional Landfill Business Unit (NTRLBU). Kim has delivered strategic procurement for the NTRLBU operations and maintenance of the York Valley Landfill, the York Valley Landfill Closure Consent, and the NCC Road Vegetation Maintenance. She was also Stakeholder Manager for the TDC Motueka Stopbank project. She is currently Client Project Manager at the NTRLBU, overseeing in excess of $6-$10m of capital works.
