How we work

How we work

We provide services at every level of the organisation and across the whole life of a programme of works and projects.

We manage risk and provide strategic procurement and delivery for programmes of work and individual projects in infrastructure asset maintenance and capital works.

Our background in civil engineering contracting has provided us with the skills, knowledge and experience (for some in our team over 30 years) to deliver tailored solutions for our clients and to support them in building capability within their teams.

Some of our team has been heavily involved in the delivery of disaster recovery programmes, including Kaikōura and Christchurch earthquakes; Cyclone Gabrielle, PGF funded and post-COVID 19.
