Our experience covers capital works and maintenance for sectors such as roads, bridges, wastewater, water, sewage, solid waste management, and the design and management of programmes of work post-event recovery.

We have assisted clients with risk-based procurement strategy and planning, tender evaluation, peer reviews, commercial and cost management, and programme delivery.

Team members were also previously involved as part of Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team (SCIRT) and North Canterbury Transport Infrastructure Recovery (NCTIR) following the earthquakes in Christchurch and Kaikōura. 

The knowledge and insight gained from working in these sectors and recovery environments has since been applied across multiple large-scale and difficult programmes of work.
