In 2021, we undertook a strategic service delivery review of waste management facilities and current operating models and contractual arrangements for the Operations and Maintenance Contract. We worked with the Principal to establish a 10-year end of life business plan, which included simplifying the landfill operations contract to a Pain Gain model. This best addressed the risks and opportunities available to the client due to changes in waste management legislation and levies and future innovative waste management techniques.

We prepared all bespoke contractual, ECI and tender documentation – to reflect current and potential risks and opportunities.

Kim is currently seconded as Client Project Manager and has overseen operational assurance activities for the York Valley and Eves Valley Landfills, supporting NTRLBU and the landfill contractor to achieve contract outcomes and meet performance expectations.

She has also led the procurement, management and administration of ongoing large scale construction activities, including Gully 2 Platform Construction, Western Drain Construction, and the Eves Valley Landfill – Biogas Generator installation.
