Brendon is Co-founder and a Director of DS Project Solutions. A strong strategic thinker and a good listener, he brings almost 35+ years’ experience in multi-discipline capital works and infrastructure maintenance programmes, leadership, business development and governance.
Known for his professional approach, Brendon has led teams to find resolutions, meet challenges and deliver on large-scale maintenance programmes and construction projects. This has included leading transitions into several major road maintenance contracts, including for Northland Highways, Christchurch City Council South contract, and Gisborne District Council local roads maintenance. He also led recovery planning post-Cyclone Gabrielle and contract performance reviews, extensions and negotiations with NZTA. Construction experience includes State Highway deviation, Regional Pipeline & Pumpstation duplication, as well as new bridge construction.
Brendon works closely with clients to deliver procurement strategies, contract performance reviews, contract extensions, and negotiations, and collaborates with leaders to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
