Co-founder of DS Project Solutions, Paul knows how great teams deliver great work – that building capability lies at the heart of achieving operational excellence, safe delivery, and high performance. He enjoys creating strategies and opportunities that enable organisations and individuals to grow and thrive within project teams, regional authorities, and the DS Project Solutions team.

With over 40+ years of experience in in the UK and New Zealand project delivery and business management and strong commercial and risk management skills, Paul enjoys working with leaders at all levels to develop their long-term business strategy and implementation.

He has led multi-disciplinary teams through high-profile projects and civil maintenance, including in the delivery of a programme of disaster recovery works as part of the SCIRT Alliance, immediate response to Kaikōura earthquake pre-NCTIR, PGF funded initiatives, and post Cyclone Gabrielle response and recovery.
