Tasman District Council Long Term Plans, 2020 – present: Updates to TDC Long Term Plans and 10-year budgets.
Nelson City Council (NCC), 2020 – present: Since before COVID-19, we have been engaged as advisors to NCC’s project and asset management teams on strategic procurement of capital works programmes across three waters, roading, disaster recovery – for the immediate, medium and long-term. Our services include optioneering, long-term estimates, constructability, constraints and opportunities.
Tasman District Council Three Waters Renewals Panel, 2024 – present: Procurement; programme management; cost estimates.
Network Outcome Contracts (NOC) Reviews, NZTA, 2020 – 2025: Independent price review of 12 NOCs’ proposed contract extensions, Alliance models and the delivery of work.
Clutha District Council, 2024 – 2025: Asset management support and advice for the Road Transport team. Murray was seconded into Council as the senior roading asset manager. He continues to be engaged as and when required to support their team.
Nelson City Council Roadside Vegetation Maintenance, 2024 – 2025: Procurement strategy, RFT documentation, and tender evaluation.
Kāpiti Coast District Council (KCDC) Local Roads Maintenance Contract, 2025: We were engaged to undertake a best practices gap analysis of the Management Plans developed by contractors with respect to immediate risks around mobilisation to the new contract. Following a successful review of the Road Maintenance contract management plans, KCDC requested a review of the contract plans for both the Road Marking contract and the Asphalt Renewal contract. Both are long term contracts with extension periods out to June 2031..
