Clutha District Council (CDC) Waste Management Review, 2025 – present: Full review of CDC’s waste management processes from kerbside collection to the end destination, including recycling, Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO), and commercial waste; transfer station and landfill viabilities. Using this information, we are working alongside CDC to produce a 25-year strategic plan for waste management in the region. This includes the design and delivery of a risk-appropriate procurement plan and tender documentation, with support through the implementation phase.

Gisborne District Council (GDC) Waste Management Review, 2023 – present: Review of GDC’s waste management processes end to end, from kerbside collection to transfer stations and recycling operations. This has included a commercial review of existing waste management contracts; review of methodologies for the existing landfill remediation programme ($10m); feasibility studies and optioneering for future landfill and transfer facilities; and procurement planning across the entire lifecycle. Procurement and planning are ongoing.

York Valley Consenting / AEE, Nelson, 2025 – present: Leading the procurement for the Closure Consent Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) on behalf of NTRLBU, including managing contract delivery through to completion.
