Cyclone Gabrielle caused widespread damage to roads, bridges and other key infrastructure across Tairāwhiti.
We have been assisting in the development and delivery of a programme of works as part of the recovery. This has included:
- Development of tools and processes to support the recovery programme
- Design of templates and reporting tools for the programme across all sectors – e.g., bridges, slips and dropouts, to support design, programme and costs
- Working client side as Client Project Managers for the bridge repairs and rebuild programmes
- End to end project management of the bridge rebuild programme, including economic viability, risk-based procurement strategies, designer procurement and management, tender evaluation, creation of contractor panels, funder reporting, cost control, and Engineer to Contract
- Quantity surveying for slips and dropouts & drainage.
