An experienced infrastructure commercial manager, Guy has more than 20 years’ experience in civil works, contract oversight and quantity surveying for major infrastructure projects. He brings a pragmatic approach to help solve problems, backed by sound commercial and industry experience and training.
Moving to New Zealand to work on Christchurch’s post-earthquake recovery, Guy is now embedded in the Gisborne District Council infrastructure recovery team, providing commercial and procurement discipline across multiple programmes of recovery works in Tairāwhiti.
Working alongside the procurement team, operations and project managers, Guy brings valuable commercial and contractor knowledge to clients. He has built trusted relationships with representatives from local authorities, NZTA and NZ Defence Force.
