Tim is a Senior Project and Maintenance Programme Manager, with a strong background in infrastructure delivery, contract management, leadership and technical review. He is known for his effective communication style, and his ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, designers and project teams.
He is currently working with Gisborne District Council (GDC), as the client Programme and Project Manager delivering the $35m Bridge Repair Programme following Cyclone Gabrielle. Tim worked on the SCIRT recovery and Christchurch Justice Precinct, managed the Christchurch City Council (CCC) South Road Maintenance Contract and led the successful bid to re-secure the contract for a further 10 years, before his promotion to Higgins Regional Manager – South Island. He has assisted with the review of several NZTA NOC contract extensions as an independent technical expert.
