The second and third stages of a major stormwater upgrade in central Nelson, to improve resilience of this area to flooding from a 1:50 to a 1:100-year event and provide improved security for the city’s road network.

As part of the Principal’s team during the ECI phase, we identified and reviewed procurement options; peer reviewed and revised the procurement documentation for the ECI to reflect project risk; collaborated with the ECI contractor around constructability methodology, innovation and price; and were part of the tender evaluation team. Post-award, we were retained as Principal’s Advisor to review commercial matters and variations.
