Jono has more than two decades of experience in capital works in the civil construction sector throughout Canterbury, Marlborough, Nelson and Tasman.
He has worked on projects across three waters, wharves and marinas, stopbanks and resilience programmes, high value subdivision earthworks and construction, commercial siteworks, and landfill operations management.
His collaborative approach to project delivery and ability to build relationships provide significant value both client side and for contractors. He oversees projects from initial scoping and optioneering, through procurement planning, budgeting, design constructability and value engineering, commercial and construction management.
Recent projects include TDC State Highway 6 Watermain Renewals, TDC Motueka Stopbank Upgrades, York Valley Landfill Capital Projects, Nelson City Council Flood Recovery Works, Tāhunanui Back Beach Contamination Remediation, Port Tarakohe Wharf Development and Nelson Marina.
